Within EFPAC, the cash flow requirements, lease maintenance reserve costs, full shop visit costs and other maintenance costs associated with an engine maintenance forecast can easily be assessed and output through the EFPAC reports.

Of course, continual aircraft operations requires replacement engines to be available to cover shop visits. These replacements are often high cost items . To reduce the costs involved a "staggered removals program" can be implemented, minimising replacement engine requirements.
