What are "Controls And Limitations"?

Other than LLP life, any other restrictor that require engine maintenance, either on wing or off wing, can be tracked through the EFPAC "Controls and Limitatons" (C&L's) function.

C&L's can be used to track Airworthiness Directives compliance, operators engineering order compliance, Service Bulletin compliance and any maintenance programs that define maximum-intervals between workshop visits to perform maintenance activities (sometimes referred to as "Soft Times"). They can also be used for Aircraft Letter Checks and any required aircraft maintenance.

With all of these factors being tracked and monitored, it is simple to create a scenario to show predicted removal dates and causes.
