EFPAC Limited was established in 2001 in Wales, UK as a joint venture between Total Engine Support Ltd (TES), an independent aircraft engine fleet management and repair management organisation based in Wales, and Imagitech Limited, a company that specialises in working with partners in the development of knowledge based software systems, also based in Wales. Our “EFPAC” product was designed and developed from 1998 to 2000 by TES and Imagitech following TES’ need of a specialised engine management system to cope with the very substantial technical and financial information management requirements of a large engine portfolio. At the time there were many technical records and inventory management systems available, but nothing to bring together engine technical data with meaningful financial planning information. To find out more about TES and Imagitech please click on the following links: www.tes-uk.com www.imagitech.co.uk The “EFPAC” software has been commercially available since early 2001 and, apart from being used by TES for the management of all its customers' engine fleets, it is used by a growing number of airlines, engine leasing companies and maintenance organisations in North America, Latin America and Europe. “EFPAC” is a continually evolving product and has moved on a lot in terms of functionality to continue to be the optimum solution to cope with the ever-increasing engine management demands of the aviation industry today. EFPAC Limited is part of the TES Aviation Group, an independent aircraft engine asset management organisation offering engine fleet management services, technical consultancy, engine disassembly, engine part-out and materials procurement to owners and operators of aircraft engines.
In 2005 the TES Aviation Group, became the sole owner of EFPAC Limited having acquired the Imagitech Limited shares. In July 2007, DVB Bank AG, an international advisory bank and finance house that specialises in the global transport market, acquired the majority shareholding in the TES Aviation Group and we became part of the highly prestigious DVB Bank group.
